In the middle of the day, darkness has risen. Grey clouds and a black fog have overcome the horizon, surrounding two human beings in their compassion over the death of their love, their son.
A love which they just lost, a love palpable on their knees, a love which will remain magnificent, ever gone, forever.
Elegance pierces the pallor of Abel’s body. His unanimated limbs speak to his brother Cain and grants him his forgiveness. The blood at Abel’s hands, drips at the same tempo as the tears running down the faces of his desolated parents.
Sadness overspills the white body, radiant, in the landscape of shadows and obscurity.
Kneeling, unsteady, and holding onto each other, the two souls cry over the other part of themselves which is now gone. Inconsolable, they will cry for days, months and years, while the grey clouds and the dark fog will remain present, surrounding them with their compassion over the death of their loved one, their son.
